Exchanges & Returns

  • We want you to be pleased with your purchase, and so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, We will accept the return of your purchase, subject to terms and conditions for returns mentioned set out in these Terms.
  • Products purchased through the Website should be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all Product tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted by Us and may be sent back to You. Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of a credit note only if it meets our conditions for a free return (i.e. inadequacy of quality or a wrongly delivered Product). We offer replacements, for size exchanges in case of clothing only for the same Product or style you have purchased.
  • All payments made by you towards correctly returned Products will be refunded in the form of a credit note. Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address has been used to make the purchase. Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the Product. If we don't have the replacement Product, or if the Product was purchased during a special sale or discount which is no longer in effect, We will offer you a credit note.
  • If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the credit note will also include the proportionate shipping charge. The credit note will be valid for a year from the date of issuance. If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on [].   
  • Please note that the reversal of duplicate charges may take up to 15 (fifteen) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers/ issuing banks, and We shall not be liable for any delays in chargebacks for duplicate charges by card issuers or banks.
  • We offer no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of chargebacks reaching Your credit card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organisations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with communications / internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions.
  • For items that are returned, once the returned item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, and our team conducts a quality check at our warehouse, we will offer you a credit note in [7] working days. For replacements, once the returned item dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement Product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in [7] working days.
  • A partial cancellation of a confirmed order may result in shipping charges being levied on the balance order.
